A general assay for serine⁄threonine kinases, the sequence of the Crosstide substrate is based upon GSK-3alpha⁄beta. The antibody is directed towards the phosphorylated Crosstide substrate.
For use in combination with the Fluorescein-Crosstide peptide substrate (PV3509) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
