ZOOM® Equilibration Trays are convenient, disposable trays designed for use with the ZOOM® IPGRunner™ Cassettes to perform equilibration of ZOOM® Strips after first-dimension isoelectric focusing and prior to second-dimension (2D) SDS-PAGE (Figure 1).
The ZOOM® Equilibration Trays simplify the equilibration and incubation process in 2D electrophoresis and offer following advantages:
• Savings in time and labor
• Optimal equilibration of samples
• Minimal risk of sample contamination and damage to IPG strips
