Highly fluorescent annexin V conjugates provide quick and reliable detection methods for studying the externalization of phosphatidylserine, one of the earliest indicators of apoptosis. Alexa Fluor™ 350 dye is a superior blue-fluorescent dye with spectra similar to AMCA.
