Clone REAL1446 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Golph 2 (GOLM1) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.

Clone REAL1446 recognize Golph 2 (GOLM1), a type II Golgi transmembrane protein. It plays a key role in sorting and modification of cargo proteins in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and protein transportation through the Golgi apparatus. The expression of this encoded protein has been observed to be upregulated in response to viral infection. The function of Golph 2 (GOLM1) has been extensively studied in various cancers for its multifunctional roles in promoting cancer proliferation and metastasis.

For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
