The autoMACS^® Rinsing Solution is for preparation of a preservative-free MACS Separation Buffer.

In combination with the MACS BSA Stock Solution, the autoMACS^® Rinsing Solution is used for the preparation of an optimal, preservative-free MACS Separation Buffer that can be used for cell isolation on an autoMACS Separator and all manual MACS Cell Separation Systems.

The autoMACS Rinsing Solution is not suited for autoMACS Pro Separator rinsing or cleaning programs. Use autoMACS Running Buffer (130-091-221) for rinsing and autoMACS Washing Solution (130-092-987) for cleaning programs.
