Building upon the proven reliability and performance of the Applied Biosystems® 9600 and 9700 GeneAmp® Thermal Cycler instruments, the HID Veriti® Thermal Cycler features a 96-well (0.2 mL) format with six independent temperature zones to provide precise temperature control and rapid temperature changes for conducting polymerase chain reactions (PCR). Each HID Veriti® 96-Well Thermal Cycler features a powerful color touch screen and a USB port to simplify instrument setup and use.

Control at Your Fingertips
The powerful, yet simple to operate, user interface on the HID Veriti® system is driven by the 6.5 inch (16.51 cm) VGA color touch screen. The large screen allows for easy viewing of your temperature profiles. Additionally, the large navigation buttons put programming of the HID Veriti® Thermal Cycler at your fingertips. Setup and navigation of the HID Veriti® Thermal Cycler does not require the use of a stylus or mouse.

Fast Setup, Fast Results
The HID Veriti® system has two different options for method navigation. For quick setup, you may select one of the pre-programmed methods. If you prefer to program your own methods, simply touch the step you would like to set up and then use the keypad to enter the thermal cycling steps. After completing a setup, you have the choice of saving the method to the instrument or to a USB memory stick.

VeriFlex™ Blocks: Enhanced PCR Functionality
The HID Veriti® 96-Well Thermal Cycler features innovative VeriFlex™ blocks for enhanced PCR functionality. Six separate peltier blocks within the 96-well format offer precise control over 6 temperature zones, supplying 'better-than-gradient' functionality. The six peltier blocks can be used to run up to six different annealing temperatures in the same run.

Control Your Time: Go Fast When You Want
With the HID Veriti® Thermal Cycler you get two thermal cyclers in one: a standard thermal cycler with its better-than-gradient feature, and a Fast-enabled thermal cycler. If you are currently performing standard PCR, but anticipate a need for Fast thermal cycling in the future, the HID Veriti® 96-Well Thermal Cycler provides you with the flexibility to validate Fast protocols.
