Recombinant IL2 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL2 causes proliferation of T cells and is a central regulator of immune responses. ED50 range = 0.08-0.5 ng⁄mL, determined by the dose dependent proliferation of mouse CTLL-2 cells. Optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by a dose response assay.
