The SuperScript® Double-Stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit contains all of the reagents (except an oligo (dT)-containing primer) necessary to make high-quality, double-stranded cDNA from total RNA or poly A+-selected RNA (mRNA). The advanced capabilities of SuperScript® II Reverse Transcriptase, with its reduced RNase H activity, maximize the yield of full-length cDNA, as well as that of overall cDNA synthesis.
