CD19 MicroBeads, mouse, were developed for positive selection or depletion of mouse B cells from single-cell suspensions of spleen.

The mouse monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD19, which is expressed on B cell lineage cells, throughout their development from early pro-B cell stages on, and is down-regulated upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells. Mouse CD19 MicroBeads are used for positive selection or depletion of mouse B cells from various tissues such spleen.
