This tricosa-peptide can be used to competitively elute DYKDDDDK-tagged fusion proteins from immobilized anti-DYKDDDDK affinity supports, especially when a DYKDDDDK-tagged protein is sensitive to low pH. Note that Pierce 3x DYKDDDDK Peptide may interfere with protein determination assays and absorbance at 280 nm.
