HDFA 500K CELLS/VIAL EACH，C0135C，Invitrogen

Primary Human Dermal Fibroblasts, adult (HDFa) are isolated from adult skin and cryopreserved at the end of the primary culture.

The cells are:
• Performance tested—at least 12 population doublings when cultured in Medium 106 supplemented with Low Serum Growth Supplement (LSGS)
• Guaranteed to be ≥ 70% viable
• Tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast or other fungi, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV-1 viruses

Each vial contains over 0.5 x10⁶ viable cells that have been cryopreserved at the end of the primary culture stage in a medium containing DMSO.
