Clone REAL411 is an antibody fragment derived from the full H-2K^d/H-2D^d antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.

Clone REAL411 recognizes the mouse H-2K^d and H-2D^d MHC class I alloantigens expressed on mouse MHC class I–positive cells of the H-2K^d/H-2D^d haplotype. It also cross-reacts with the H-2Kb, s, r, q, or p haplotypes.

The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
