CD45 (TIL) MicroBeads, mouse have been optimized for the isolation of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes from mouse tumors.
CD45 (TIL) MicroBeads, mouse enable a positive selection of CD45+ leukocytes from solid mouse tumors, e.g., CT26.WT, 4T1, and B16F10 and have specifically been developed for an optimal isolation of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) from mouse tumors. The CD45 antigen is expressed on all cells of hematopoietic origin except erythrocytes and platelets.
