T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit, mouse，130-093-627，美天旎

The T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit was developed for the activation and expansion of mouse T cells.

The kit consists of Anti-Biotin MACSiBead™ Particles and biotinylated antibodies against mouse CD3ε and CD28. Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles loaded with biotinylated antibodies are used to mimic antigen-presenting cells and activate resting T cells in single-cell suspensions from spleen or lymph nodes as well as purified T cells. T cell expansion is achieved by culturing and reactivation at day 6–8 of culture.
