MACS GMP PepTivator NY-ESO-1，170-076-137，美天旎

The MACS GMP PepTivator NY-ESO-1 is a peptide pool that consists mainly of 15-mer peptides with eleven amino-acid overlaps. It has been developed for efficient in vitro stimulation and subsequent isolation of NY-ESO-1-specific CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells.

NY-ESO-1 is a cancer/testis antigen expressed in normal adult tissues solely in the testicular germ cells of normal adults and in various cancers, such as melanoma and breast, ovarian, prostate, lung and bladder cancer. The NY-ESO-1 protein is highly immunogenic and has become an attractive target for anticancer immunotherapy.

The in vitro stimulation of NY-ESO-1-specific CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells with MACS GMP PepTivator NY-ESO-1 results in production of the effector cytokine IFN-gamma.

Adoptive transfer of NY-ESO-1-specific T cells or vaccination with NY-ESO-1-pulsed dendritic cells may be an effective tool for the treatment of NY-ESO-1-expressing malignancies.

This product has not yet been tested in conjunction with the CliniMACS Cytokine Capture System (IFN-gamma).

MACS GMP Products are manufactured and tested under a quality management system (ISO 13485) and are in compliance with relevant GMP guidelines. They are designed following the recommendations of USP <1043> on ancillary materials.
