MACS GMP PepTivator Mucin-1，170-076-151，美天旎

The MACS GMP PepTivator Mucin-1 is a peptide pool that consists mainly of 15-mer peptides. It has been developed for efficient in vitro stimulation and subsequent isolation of Mucin-1-specific CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells.

Mucin-1 is expressed on epithelial cells in different mucosal tissue like lung, stomach, breast or pancreas. The overexpression is associated with Adenocarcinoma, Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma and is used as serological clinical marker of breast cancer. This makes Mucin-1 to an attractive target for anticancer immunotherapy.^1-5

The MACS GMP PepTivator Mucin-1 is used for in vitro stimulation of Mucin-1-effector and memory T cells.

Adoptive transfer of Mucin-1-specific T cells or vaccination with Mucin-1-pulsed dendritic cells may be an effective tool for the treatment of Mucin-1-expressing malignancies.

This product has not yet been tested in conjunction with the CliniMACS Cytokine Capture System (IFN-gamma).

MACS GMP Products are manufactured and tested under a quality management system (ISO 13485) and are in compliance with relevant GMP guidelines. They are designed following the recommendations of USP <1043> on ancillary materials.
