Thermo Scientific Spectra Multicolor Low Range Protein Ladder is a mixture of six proteins and synthetic peptides (1.7 to 40 kDa) for use as size standards for peptides and small proteins in gel electrophoresis and western blotting. The protein standard is supplied in a ready-to-use format for direct loading onto gels; no need to heat, reduce, or add sample buffer prior to use.
