The StraightFrom Spleen CD8a⁺ T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse has been developed for the negative isolation of CD8⁺ T cells directly from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters in combination with MACS Technology leading to purification of viable and functional cells which can directly be used for downstream experiments.

The StraightFrom Spleen CD8a⁺ T Cell Kit allows the fast isolation of CD8⁺ T cells directly from spleen thus minimizing hands-on time and maximizing yields of target cells. The StraightFrom Spleen CD8⁺ T Cell Isolation Kit in combination with the autoMACS^® NEO Separator allow standardization of the cell separation procedure and safe handling of samples. The purified CD8⁺ T cells are well-suited for further flow cytometric, functional, or molecular analysis.
