Recombinant IL17 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL17 stimulates epithelial, endothelial or fibroblastic cells to secrete IL-6, IL-8 and G-CSF. IL17 also increases the expression of ICAM-1 in fibroblasts.
