Myelin Removal Beads II have been developed for the specific removal of myelin debris from single-cell suspensions. Myelin Removal Beads II work without determination of cell number or myelin debris/cell ratio.
When myelin-containing neural tissue is dissociated, large quantities of myelin debris are generated, which considerably impair antibody binding.1,2
Depletion of myelin debris from single-cell suspensions leads to improved immunostaining and cell separation results.
