MACSprep Multiple Myeloma CD138 MicroBeads have been developed for the positive selection of CD138⁺ cells directly from anticoagulated whole blood or bone marrow by using the autoMACS^® Pro Separator or manual separators without additional density gradient centrifugation nor erythrocyte. The purified CD138⁺ cells are well suited for further flow cytometry, functional, or molecular analysis such as FISH, PCR, sequencing, microarrays, and protein analysis.
