MACSwell HighRes Slides are the perfect addition to our MACSima System to get the most out of your tissue sample. These slides have the same size as standard microscopy slides but feature a 170 μm thick glass in the center for higher imaging quality, designed to be used with MACSwell Imaging Frames. Once samples are carefully mounted and secured, they can be inserted in the MACSima™ System for high-plex imaging. This product is particularly suitable for analyses of tissue sections.

MACSwell HighRes Slides are designed for single use only.

Background information

MACSwell HighRes Slides are designed to improve the image quality of your tissue samples in the MACSima System. To start a MACSima Imaging Cyclic Staining (MICS) experiment, mount the samples on the precoated MACSwell HighRes slides, and assemble them in the MACSwell Imaging frames.

Please note, that the use of MACSwell HighRes Slides is optional for protein detection but required for RNA detection on the MACSima System.

MACSwell HighRes Slides are compatible with MACSwell One Imaging Frames, MACSwell One Small Imaging Frames and MACSwell Four Imaging Frames. For RNA detection, please ensure to use only MACSwell Imaging Frames purchased in 2024 and with lot numbers starting from "924" or higher.

MACSwell HighRes Slides can only be used in the MACSima System with MACS iQ View Control module version 1.1.0 or higher installed.
