Clone REA554 recognizes the human Vβ13.6 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ13.6). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains. TCR Vβ13.6 is expressed on a subset of α/β T cells.

Additional information: Clone REA554 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
