REAlease® CD25 MicroBead Kit, human，130-133-522，美天旎

The REAlease CD25 MicroBead Kit has been developed for the isolation of CD25⁺ cells from PBMCs. CD25, the low-affinity interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rα), is expressed on T regulatory cells as well as on activated T and B cells and monocytes.

The REAlease CD25 MicroBead Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system that allows to obtain cells free of MicroBeads and REAlease Biotin Complex. CD25⁺ cells can be enriched by using MS or LS Columns. Depletion can also be performed by using the MultiMACS Cell24 Separator Plus or autoMACS Columns on the autoMACS NEO Separator.

For isolation of CD25⁺ cell subsets, the REAlease CD25 MicroBead Kit can be combined with REAlease CD4 MicroBead Kit.
