Clone REAL612 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Cytokeratin 10/13 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.

Clone REAL612 recognizes the human keratin proteins cytokeratin 10 and cytokeratin 13. Cytokeratins are a family of proteins of keratin-containing intermediate filaments located in the intracytoplasmic cytoskeleton of epithelial tissues. Keratins play a critical role in mechanical stability and integrity of epithelial cells and tissues, have regulatory functions, and are involved in intracellular signaling pathways.

For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
