ESRRG (estrogen-related receptor gamma) ligand binding domain is a 54.05 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 229-458) expressed as a GST-tagged fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. ERR γ-LBD is expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands, making it ideal for ligand binding and coregulator displacement studies.
