Clone REAL309 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD370 (CLEC9A) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.

Clone REAL309 recognizes CD370 C-type lectin 9A (CLEC9A), also known as DC NK lectin group receptor-1 (DNGR-1). It is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of 264 amino acids expressed at high level on CD8a⁺ dendritic cells and at lower level on mPDCA-1⁺ plasmacytoid dendritic cells. CD370 (CLEC9A) recognizes necrotic cell associated epitopes and plays an important role in crosspresentation of dead cell derived antigens.

The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
