This CSNK1A1L recombinant human protein (full length) was expressed in insect cells. CSNK1A1L serine/threonine kinase or CK1-alpha dynamically associates with the CBM complex upon T cell receptor engagement to participate in cytokine production and lymphocyte proliferation which has a contrasting role by subsequently promoting the phosphorylation and inactivation of CARMA1.
