MACS® GMP CD127 Fluorescent Antibodies consist of a mouse monoclonal antibody against the human CD127 antigen conjugated to a fluorochrome. They are developed for flow cytometric identification and flow cytometric sorting of CD127-positive cells.
Technical specifications
Clone MB15-18C9 recognizes the CD127 antigen, which is the α-chain of the IL-7 receptor, a type I membrane glycoprotein.
The CD127 antigen can be identified on immature B cells through the early pre-B stage, on thymocytes, and on most mature T cells with transient down-regulation upon activation. On regulatory T cells CD127 is absent and its expression is inversely correlated with FoxP3 expression and suppressive function. CD127 is also used by thymic stromal derived lymphopoietin (TSLP) as part of a complex.
MACS GMP CD127 Fluorescent Antibodies are for identification of CD127 positive cells by flow cytometry as well as cell enrichment by flow cytometric sorting.
MACS GMP Products are manufactured and tested under a quality management system (ISO 13485) and are in compliance with relevant GMP guidelines. They are designed following the recommendations of USP <1043> on ancillary materials.
