The StraightFrom Spleen Pan T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse has been developed for the negative isolation of pan T cells directly from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters in combination with MACS Technology leading to purification of viable and functional cells which can directly be used for downstream experiments.
