The MACSima Stain Support Kit, human contains support reagents and mixing vials required for analysis of human samples with the MACSima Imaging System.

The MACSima Stain Support Kit, human contains:

• DAPI Staining Solution to stain sample nuclei for segmentation purposes.
• FcR Blocking Reagent, human to block unwanted binding of antibodies to human Fc receptor‒expressing cells such as B cells, monocytes, and macrophages.
• REAlease^® Release Reagent for signal removal from samples stained with REAlease or REAdye_lease™ Antibody Complexes.
• MACSima Mixing Vials that are used inside the instrument to prepare staining or fluorochrome release solutions.

The amount of required kit reagents depends on experiment-specific parameters. The number of kits needed for a certain experiment will be indicated by the MACSima Software upon experiment planning.
