描述 |
The versatile HCS NuclearMask™ Deep Red Stain can be used to measure DNA content and perform cell demarcation of both live and formaldehyde-fixed cells with high content imaging and analysis (HCS). With its far red excitation⁄emission (638⁄686 nm) when bound to DNA, it is easily discriminated from visible-wavelength fluorophores for use in multiparametric analyses. Sufficient reagent is supplied for 10, 96-well plates.
