The REAlease CD90.1 MicroBead Kit, mouse is developed for the positive selection of mouse CD90.1⁺ cells from single-cell suspensions, from lymphoid (e.g. spleen) or non-lymphoid (e.g. lung) tissues using MS or LS columns for manual and autoMACS Columns on the autoMACS NEO Separator for automated isolations.

CD90.1 is a pan T cell marker and can be found on thymocytes, hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow, intraepithelial cells (dendritic epidermal cells) in skin, and on neurons, such as retinal ganglion cells.
