Ganglioside GD2 Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAdye_lease™，130-127-115，美天旎

Clone REAL924 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Ganglioside GD2 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.

Clone REAL924 recognizes the Ganglioside GD2, a glycolipid composed of ceramide and an oligosaccharide which is found in the plasma membrane, concentrated in lipid rafts. It plays a role in signal transduction. GD2 is expressed in tumors of neuroectodermal origin, including human neuroblastoma and melanoma, with highly restricted expression on normal tissues, principally to the cerebellum and peripheral nerves in humans. GD2 is a diagnostic marker for circulating neuroblastoma cells and melanoma cells and functions as a therapeutic target.

For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
