HCS CellMask Near-IR Stain is a cell-delineation tool for HCS platforms. Members of the HCS CellMask family of stains label the entire cell (nucleus and cytoplasm) and provide an accurate backdrop against which features of interest can be assessed. These stains can be applied to cells immediately after fixation or during the last step of multiplexing protocols, and they are compatible with detergent-based cell permeabilization protocols. If nuclear staining only is desired, HCS NuclearMask stains are available and can be used for measuring DNA content in addition to enabling robust cell demarcation.
