The Quant-iT™ RiboGreen® RNA reagent is one of the most sensitive fluorescent dyes for the quantitation of RNA in solution, with linear fluorescence detection in the range of 1-200 ng of RNA. This reagent is also available with a kit complete with buffer and RNA standard (Cat. No. R11490).
