The Naive CD8a⁺ T Cell Isolation Kit was developed for the isolation of untouched naive CD8a⁺ T cells from mouse spleen and lymph node cells.

For magnetic depletion of memory CD8⁺ T cells and non-CD8⁺ T cells, single cell suspension is incubated with a cocktail of biotinylated CD45R, CD4, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD44, CD49b, CD105, Ter-119, MHC II, and anti-TCRγ/δ antibodies. These cells are subsequently magnetically labeled with Anti-Biotin MicroBeads for depletion.

Naive CD8a⁺ T cells can be used for further in vitro analysis of T cell differentiation or adoptive transfer experiments.
