The Silver Maintenance and Support Package includes:
• Unlimited visits for emergency repair
• Costs associated with emergency repair (includes travel and labor only). Parts are extra
• One preventative maintenance visit per year
• Onsite 48 hour response time, once a purchase order has been submitted for estimated parts
• Priority scheduling for requests for service
• Product Updates and Modifications
