The Gold Maintenance and Support Package is designed to meet the needs of the customer that wants proactive maintenance and onsite 48-hour response time. All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the Luminex standard Maintenance and Support Agreement. For the Luminex® 200™ system.
The Gold Maintenance and Support Package includes:
• Unlimited visits for emergency repair
• All costs associated with emergency repair (includes travel, parts and labor)
• One preventative maintenance visit per year
• Onsite 48 hour response time, if required
• Priority scheduling for requests for service
• Product Updates* and Modifications**
*Update means any software service pack released for the then current version of covered software
**Modification means required engineering change orders that modify the hardware of the system
